股骨头无菌性坏死的辨证分型与治疗

Treatment and Typing for Aseptic Necrosis of Femoral Head According to Differentiation of Symptomes and Signs of TCM

股骨头无菌性坏死,单纯运用中医辨证分型与治疗,辰下尚无多见。中医虽无此病名,但揣其病因病理,前人早有类似的论述,就有关文献记载,本病类似中医之"骨痹"范畴。根据其病因病理及临床症状,运用中医辨证,分为脾肝肾虚、气血两衰与跌伤劳损、气滞血凝两型。按各型之主证分别以脾肾双固、气血兼补及活血行滞、补肾壮骨而立法论治。采用中药复原Ⅰ号和复原Ⅱ号内服,外治以温经通络、活血行滞,方用复原外洗方内外兼施,经临床观察,疗效颇为满意。

It is not rare news that the aseptic necrosis of femoral head may be simply treated and typed by the differentiation of symptomes and signs of TCM.Although the aseptic necrosis of femoral head was never recorded in TCM.Similar exposition had been discussd by predecessors according to the pathogenesis of the disease,So far as the literature is concerned,the disease belongs to the category'rheumatism involving the bone'.In accordance with the pathogenesis and the clinical conditions,the disease may be divided into two types by differntiation of symptomes and signs:(1)insufficiency of spleen-liver-kidney with exhaustion of qi and blood;(2)traumatic injury and strain with stagnation of qi and blood.The auther worked out some therapeutic method such as reinforcing spleen-kidney,invigorating qi and blood,promoting blood flow to remove stagnation,reinforcing the kidney to streng the bone,etc and adapted the prescription of 'Recu- peration No I and No I' for oral administretion,the prescription of'Promoting blood flow from warming channels'and'promoting the flow of qi and bloos from activating collaterals'for external lotion.The ther- apeutic effect is rather satifaetory in clinical observation.
