东北沦陷初期国人报纸伪满洲国建政的言说——基于《滨江时报》时政报道的考察

The Statement of the People's Republic of China Puppet Manchuria State in the Early Stage of the Northeast Debacle:Based on the Investigation of Binjiang Times' Current Affairs

《滨江时报》是哈尔滨地方国人大报,历经北洋军阀、国民党政府和日伪统治三个历史时期。1932年3月伪满洲国建政前后,《滨江时报》被迫对伪满做过一系列"合理化"报道。在涉及伪满的报道中,介绍伪政权基本信息、宣扬伪满政权"国家"的概念、刊发伪满政府公文、为伪满发声及教化民众认同"新国家"成为主题。通过这些报道主题及文本的分析,可以一窥国人报纸在日伪统制下立场被迫转向情形,更为深刻地认识东北沦陷时期日伪对于国人新闻事业的摧残特征。

Binjiang Times is a local newspaper of Harbin,which has experienced three historical periods：the Northern Warlords,the Kuomintang government,and the Japanese Puppet regimes.Before and after the Manchurian government in March 1932,the Binjiang Times was forced to do a series of＂rationalized＂reports on the pseudo-Manchu.The reports involving pseudo-Manchuintroduced the basic information of the puppet regime and promoted the concept of＂nationality＂which defined by Manchu regime,besides,the official documents of pseudo-Manchu government were published and the theme was identified as the＂new country＂which was advocated for the pseudo-manifesto and people＇s approval.Through the analysis of these report topics and texts,we can get a glimpse of the forced conversion of the Chinese people＇s newspapers under the control of the Japanese and Puppet regimes,and have a deeper understanding of the characteristics of Japan＇s destructiveness of the people＇s journalism during the Northeast＇s fall.
