支气管哮喘患者外周血S100A4表达水平的检测及意义 被引量:8

Examination of S100A4 expression level in peripheral blood of bronchial asthma patients and its significance

摘要 目的检测S100A4支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)患者血清中的表达水平及其在哮喘发病中的作用。方法选择30例符合标准的稳定期哮喘患者(哮喘稳定组),21例符合标准的急性发作期哮喘患者(哮喘急性加重组)及23例健康对照者,用酶联免疫吸附试验法检测血清中S100A4的含量,由定量数据分析其与第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%pred)的直线相关关系。结果哮喘稳定组和哮喘急性加重组血清中S100A4的含量明显高于正常组(236.30±15.33)ng/L比(15180±10.45)ng/L(P〈0.05);(354.70±20.45)ng/L比(151.80±1045)ng/L(P〈001)。此外,哮喘稳定组和哮喘急性加重组血清中S100A4的水平与FEV1%pred呈负相关(r=-O.533、0.632,P值均〈0.01)。结论哮喘患者血清中S100A4含量升高,且其表达水平与FEV1%pred呈负相关,S100A4可能在哮喘的发病中发挥重要作用。 Objective To examine the concentrations of S100A4 in sera from bronchial asthma (asthma) patients and access the role of S100A4 in the pathogenesis of asthma. Methods The S100A4 levels were determined in sera from thirty patients with stable asthma group, twenty-one patients with acute exacerbation of asthma group and twenty-three healthy controls by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, and then the linear correlation with forced expiratory volume in one second as a percentage of expected value (FEV1 %pred) was analyzed using quantitative data. Results The levels of S100A4 in sera in stable asthma group and acute exacerbation of asthma group were significantly higher than those in healthy controlgroup (236.30±15.33) ng/L vs (151.80±10.45) ng/I. (P 〈0.05); (354.70±20.45) ng/L vs (151.80± 10.45) ng/L (P 〈0.01).Furthermore, the S100A4 levels in sera negatively correlate with FEV1 %pred in both stable asthma group ( r =-0.533, P 〈0.01) and acute exacerbation of asthma group ( r = 0.632, P 〈0.001).Conclusions The expression levles of S100A4 are increased in sera from asthma patients compared with healthy controls, and negatively correlated with FEV1 % pred in asthma patients,suggesting that S100A4 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of asthma.
