摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是引起全球重视的健康问题。营养不良是COPD的常见并发症。营养不良会影响COPD患者的肺功能、生活质量及预后,同时也是影响患者病死率的独立危险因素。通过营养筛查和评估,判断出营养状态和代谢表型,进行合理的营养干预,可以改善COPD患者的生活质量和预后。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a global health problem. Malnutrition is a common complication of COPD. Malnutrition affects lung function, quality of life and prognosis in COPD patients, and is also an independent risk factor for mortality. Through nutritional screening and assessment, nutritional status and metabolic phenotype can be determined. Proper nutritional intervention may improve the quality of life and prognosis of COPD patients.
