Th17/Treg细胞免疫失衡在低氧性肺动脉高压疾病中的作用研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 低氧性肺动脉高压(HPH)是一种进展极快的疾病,目前尚无有效治疗方法,因此寻找有效干预靶点是值得研究的方面。前期研究发现T细胞免疫介导的炎症反应参与HPH的发生发展,并有进一步研究表明Th17/Treg细胞免疫失衡参与HPH的发病机制,本文将对这些研究作一总结。 Hypoxic pulmonary hypertension (HPH) is a rapidly developing disease and there is no effective treatment method at present. So it is worth studying to find effective intervention targets. Previous studies have found that T-cell-mediated inflammation is involved in the occurrence and development of HPH, and further studies have shown that Th17/Treg cell immune imbalance is involved in the pathogenesis of HPH. This paper will make a summary of these studies.
