关于海上安全 采访吴兆麟是我刊很久以来的一个愿望,但几次的机缘都和几位记者擦肩而过.当今年6月在大连国际海事技术交流会上和吴校长相遇后,记者决定主动去挤他的时间.于是,对他的采访,就在同他回学校的车上开始了.

Wu Zhaolin, President of Dalian Maritime University, who also holds various titles both at home and abroad, has been concerned about the maritime safety management and engaged in researching safety-related issues for years. He has proposed new ideas on maritime investigation and liability identification by incorporating basic system theory and engineering theory into the water safety management.
