Research on Textual Evolution and Writing Features of American New Journalism

新新闻主义是20世纪60年代产生于美国的一种新闻写作形式与实践运动,其本质属性是新闻故事的报道与写作。受益于文学与新闻两个领域的智识资源与实践传统,新新闻主义经历了文学对新闻元素运用到新闻对文学技巧的利用的发展过程。目前,新新闻主义写作理念不断演进并呈现了新的特点,其写作理念与技巧被传统媒体和新兴媒体积极采用,是媒体间"讲故事"竞争的重要手段。

New journalism is a kind of news writing form and practice movement that emerged from the United States in the 1960 s, and its essential attribute is the reporting and writing of news stories. Benefiting from the intellectual resources and practical traditions in the fields of literature and news, new journalism has experienced two stages： from the use of news elements in literary creation to the use of literary skills in news writing. At present, the new journalistic writing concept is evolving and showing new characteristics. Its writing ideas and skills are actively adopted by traditional and emerging new media, which is an important field of ＂storytelling＂ competition among media.
