摘要
本实验将58只兔复制成慢性化脓性骨髓炎模型后随机分为三组。分别采用内服消炎止痛汤及外用中药三号局部换药;庆大霉素肌肉注射及外用换药;生理盐水换药。从三组动物治疗后的 x 光摄片、病理组织学、骨计量学、体重及红细胞计数的比较观察中显示:本文所采用的中药可促进骨髓炎局部纤维组织增生及新骨形成,改善贫血及消瘦体征,有利于病骨提前修复。在近期愈合的基础上,继续服用消炎止痛汤巩固疗效,可减少骨髓炎的复发。
In this experiment,58 rabbits with chronic pyogenic osteomyelitis of the tibia were divided into three groups.Group A,Xiaoyan Zhitong(XYZT)medicinal decoction was given orally and Chinese Medicine No 3 for external application was used to the operative wound;group B,Gentamicine was injected and used to the operative wound;group C,Saline was used to the fistula.The comparative observation of three groups have been taken through roentgenography,histological manifestations,bone histomorphometric measure- ment,body weight and red cell count examinations.The results showed that using the chinese medicine in this experiment might obviously accelerate the fibrillar tissue hyperplasia and the new bone formation in the os- teomyelitic part,improve signs of anemia and emaciation,and thereby,they are favorable to repair of chron- ic osteomyelitic bone.On the basis of short-term cure,we used XYZT medicinal decoction by oral administra- tion in order to strengthen curative effect and reduce recurrent rate of chronic osteomyelitis.
