One Pot Synthesis of Spiro-bipyrrolidinium Tetrafluoroborate

四氟硼酸螺环-1,1-二吡咯烷鎓盐(简称SBP-BF4)作为电解质应用于超级电容器,具有优异的电化学性能,且具较大市场潜力。在前期制备工艺基础上,发展了一锅法反应合成四氟硼酸螺环-1,1-二吡咯烷鎓盐,并对工艺进行了相应的研究。该制备方法具有操作简单、反应条件温和、收率好、三废少等优点,适合工业化生产。

The major function and application of spiro-bipyrrolidinium tetrafluoroborate （SBP-BF4） are introduced. On the basis of the recent preparation process, we provide a one-pot reaction for synthesizing SBP-BF4 with the corresponding process research. In summary, this process has the advantages of simple operation, mild reaction conditions, good yield, and less waste so that it is suitable for industrial production.
