摘要
以化学热力学为基础,利用Fact Sage软件对型煤气化反应过程进行热力学计算和分析。研究了操作条件对型煤气化反应过程的影响。结果表明:操作压力对型煤气化反应过程的影响不明显,气化剂组成、黏结剂组分中的聚乙烯醇(PVA)含量及气化反应温度的选择对型煤气化反应过程的影响较大。经过实验数据分析得出:在型煤气化反应过程中,O2与N2的物质的量比为2,操作压力为3.0MPa,温度为600℃;黏结剂中PVA质量分数为2%时,生产出的合成气组分中CO和H2含量最高。
Thermodynamic calculations and analysis of the coal gasification during the thermodynamic reaction process are performed by using the Fact Sage software on the basis of chemical thermodynamics, to study the effects of the reaction conditions on the briquette gasification process. The results show that the process operating pressure does not influence the gasification reaction significantly. The components of gasifier, the polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) content in the binder component and the reaction temperature obviouly affect the briquette gasification process. During the briquette gasification process, a higher concentrations of CO and H2 in syngas can be achieved when the ratio of gasifier component of O2/N2 is 2, the PVA content in the binder component is 2 %, the outlet temperature is 600 ℃ and operating pressure is 3.0 MPa.
