中药辩证周期疗法联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的效果及安全性评价

The Cycle of Chinese Medicine Dialectical Therapy Combined with Clomifene Citrate in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and Effect of Comprehensive Safety Evaluation of Infertility

目的分析中药辩证周期疗法联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的效果及安全性。方法将80例多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者按照随机表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组用西药枸橼酸氯米芬常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用中药促排卵汤、促卵泡汤、促黄体汤等进行人工周期治疗。观察两组治疗效果、妊娠率及月经量化评分,并对比分析两组治疗前后血清性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)、黄体生成素(LH)及睾酮(T)水平变化。结果治疗组的总有效率及妊娠率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后SHBG水平明显高于对照组,T和LH水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组经过治疗后的总排卵率、月经量化评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论中药辩证周期疗法联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的临床疗效显著,且较安全。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine combined with clomifene citrate in the treatment of infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome. METHODS 80 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome（ PCOS） were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group included 40 cases.The control group was treated with clomiphene citrate,on the basis of the control group,the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine to promote ovulation soup,egg foe soup,and luteinizing soup.The therapeutic effect,pregnancy rate and menstruation score of the two groups were observed,the changes of serum sex hormone binding globulin（ SHBG）,luteinizing hormone（ LH） and testosterone（ T） before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. RESULTS The total effective rate of the treatment group and the pregnancy rate was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P0.05）.The level of SHBG in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,T and LH levels were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P0.05）.After treatment,the total ovulation rate and menstrual quantitative score in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group（ P0.05）.There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups. CONCLUSION Chinese medicine dialectical periodic therapy combined with clomifene citrate in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility clinical efficacy is significant and safer.
