摘要
结合传统猪肉的流通特点及管理方式中存在的问题,提出了基于射频识别(RFID)技术的包括养殖、出栏、运输、屠宰、存储、流通六个环节的一整套解决方案,并给出方案评价。通过方案应用能够在一定程度上解决当前猪肉在流通过程中存在的问题,从而实现规范有效的猪肉安全管理,以期实现生猪养殖业智慧化、安全化、高效化的管理,实现更大的社会经济价值和技术价值。
Combining with the traditional circulation characteristics of pork and the problems existing in the management mode, a set of solutions based on RFID technology was put forward and evaluated, which including breeding, marketing, transportation, slaughtering, storage and circulation six links. Through the application of the solution,the current problems existing in the circulation process of pork could be solved to a certain extent, and thus standardized and effective pork safety management would be implemented, which aimed to realize intelligent, safe and efficient management of pig breeding, and achieved greater social, economic and technical values.
