肱骨外髁骨折手法闭合复位与桡侧副韧带关系的研究

The study on The Relation between Treatment of Humeral Lateral Malleolus Fracture with Manipulative Reduction and Radial collateral ligament

本文复习了1966～1989年4月关于肱骨外髁骨折及手法闭合复位的成功与失败的临床资料,在闭合手法复位冶疗此骨折成功经验的基础上,进行了解剖与模拟实验,观察测量了骨折块的形成、翻转到复位固定的全过程中,肘后肌、伸肌总腱和桡侧副韧带的作用及关系,并用生物力学原理着重阐述了骨折及手法复位与桡侧副韧带的关系,为闭合复位提供了理论依据。

This article reviewed the clinical materials of success and failure to treating the lateral malle- olus fracture of humerus with manipulative reduction.Based on the successful experienee of treating this kind of fracture,authors have made a series of dissection and experiment and surveied the process of the fragment formation,resupination to reduction,fixation,the action and relationship of posterior cubital muscle,tendon of extensor muscle and radial collateral ligament and the authors emphasized the ralation between this kind of fracture with manipulative reduction and radial collateral ligament in biomechanical principle,and according to them,that relation must supply the theoretical basis for manipulative reduction.
