临床及超声医师超声规范化培训带教的探讨

Discussion on Standardized Ultrasonic Training for Clinical and Ultrasonic Doctors

目的探讨超声医学科对临床专业及超声专业住院医师规范化培训带教的模式及特点,提高带教效率。方法以某医院40名临床专业和40名超声专业的超声规范化培训的学生为研究对象,对超声基础理论、上机实践技能操作、病例汇报、医患沟通四个方面进行考核,对各项分数的特点进行探讨分析。结果在超声基础理论、上机实践技能操作两项考核中,超声组的学员分数高于临床组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在病例汇报的考核中,临床组的学员分数高于超声组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在医患沟通方面,两组得分情况的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声规范化培训应该结合学员的专业特点,对于临床学员,应加强注意超声基础理论的学习,给予更多上机操作的时间,而对超声专业的学员,应重视临床思维能力以及疾病诊疗思路的培养。

Objective To explore the mode and characteristics of standardized training and teaching of resident doctor majored in clinical practice from department of ultrasonic medicine, and to improve the teaching efficiency. Methods 40 students of clinical specialty and 40 students of ultrasonic specialty who received a standardized training in a certain hospital were selected as an object of study, they were examined in terms of four aspects, basic theory of ultrasound, the operation of computer skills, case report and doctor-patient communication, and the feature of score of each aspect was analyzed and discussed. Results In the examination of basic theory of ultrasound and operation of computer skills, the score of the ultrasound group was higher than that of the clinical group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） ;in the examination of case reporting, the score of the clinical group was higher than that of the ultrasound group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; in the examination of doctor-patient communication, the difference in score between the two groups was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Standardized ultrasound training should take the professional characteristics of students into consideration, for clinical students, special attention should be paid to the study of basic theory of ultrasound, and more time should be given for computer operation practices, but for the students majored in ultrasound, special attention should be paid to the clinical thinking ability and the training of thought of disease diagnosis and treatment.
