摘要 目的探讨"以团队为基础的学习"教学模式在疾病分类教学应用中的可行性及教学效果。方法2017年9月25日-2018年2月2日在卫生信息管理专业的疾病分类教学中初步实施TBL教学模式,将卫生信息管理专业2个班级分为实验班和对照班,其中1班为实验班,28人,并将学生按4人一组进行分组,使用TBL教学方法;2班为对照班,29人,使用传统教学法,最终将实验班和对照班的平时、期末和总教学成绩进行对比;同时通过调查问卷的方式获得数据资料,以总体分析TBL教学模式的实施效果。将对照班和实验班的三种成绩数据进行统计分析,采用t检验,P﹤0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果实验班高分段(90分以上)人数明显多于对照班,三次均是对照班人数的两倍及以上;低分段(60分以下)人数明显少于对照班。结论 TBL教学模式优于传统教学模式,有利于学生成绩和综合素质的提高,有利于教师做到"教学相长",但也存在一些不足之处,具体开展这种教学模式要循序渐进。 Objective To explore the feasibility and teaching effect of Team-based learning teaching model in classification of diseases teaching. Methods TBL teaching model is preliminarily implemented in disease classification teaching in the health information management specialty From September 25, 2017 to February 2, 2018. Two classes of health information management are divided into experimental class and control class. One class was the experimental class and 28 people. The students were divided into groups, using the TBL teaching method. Two class was the comparison class and 29 people,using traditional teaching methods.Peacetime, final and total teaching results are contrasted between experimental class and control class. Data are obtained by questionnaire and oral inquiry in order to analyze the effect of TBL teaching model in general. Using T test, P 〈 0.05 is statistically significant for the difference between the three grades data of the control class and the experimental class. Results The number of high sections (more than 90 points) in experimental classes is significantly more than the number of corresponding classes; The number of people in the lower segment (below 60 points) is significantly less than in the control class. Conclusion TBL teaching mode is superior to traditional teaching model, advantageous to the improvement of students' score and comprehensive quality, advantageous to do "Teaching benefits teachers as well as students". But there are also some inadequacies, so this teaching model should be gradual.
