常用拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂对海口市居民区白纹伊蚊的杀灭效果

Effect of commonly used pyrethroid insecticides against Aedes albopictus in residential areas of Haikou City

目的了解2.5%高效氯氟氰菊酯、50 g/L顺式氯氰菊酯、8.5%高效氯氰菊酯·6.5%残杀威、2.5%溴氰菊酯4种常用的拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂对海口市居民区白纹伊蚊的杀灭效果。方法 2016年1—5月在海口市四季华庭、滨海北胜、海虹宿舍、裕丰公寓4个居民区大量采集白纹伊蚊幼虫,经实验室获得子一代试虫,使用玻璃药膜法抗药性检测4种常用的拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂对其杀灭效果。结果根据推荐的稀释倍数,8.5%高效氯氰菊酯·6.5%残杀威(悬浮剂)对4个居民区白纹伊蚊杀灭效果最显著,30 min击倒率和24 h死亡率均为100%;其次为2.5%高效氯氟氰菊酯(悬浮剂),对四季华庭、海虹宿舍、滨海北胜居民区白纹伊蚊杀灭效果显著,30 min击倒率分别为97.33%、97.33%、93.33%;24 h死亡率分别为97.33%、96%、96%。结论4种杀虫剂对不同居民区杀灭效果不同,其中溴氰菊酯和氯氰菊酯杀虫剂商品效果最不明显,在未来的蚊虫控制中,应加强对杀虫剂的抗药性监测,合理使用杀虫剂。

Objective To investigate the Aedes albopictus control effect of 2. 5% lambda-cyhalothrin,50 g/L alpha cypermethrin,8. 5% beta cypermethrin·6. 5% propoxur and 2. 5% deltamethrin in residential areas of Haikou City.Methods From January to May in 2016,Aedes albopictus larvae were collected from four residential areas,Sijihuating Apartment（ SA）,Binhaibeisheng Apartment（ BA）,Haihong Dormitory（ HD） and Yufeng Apartment（ YA） in Haikou City,and reared to adults for the bioassay in insectary. Results According to the recommended dilution ratio,out of four populations,the effect of 8. 5% beta-cypermethrin · 6. 5% propoxur（ suspension concentrate） were the most significant,the 30 min knockdown rate and 24 h mortality were both 100%. The effect of 2. 5% lambda-cyhalothrin were significant except Yu Feng Apartment,the 30 min knockdown rate were 97. 33%（ SA）,97. 33%（ HD）,93. 33%（ BA） and 96%（ HD） respectively,and 24 h mortality were 97. 33%（ SA）,97. 33%（ HD）,93. 33%（ BA）and 88%（ HD）. Conclusion The effect of 2. 5% λ-cyhalothrin,50 g/L alpha cypermethrin,8. 5% beta cypermethrin· 6. 5% propoxur and 2. 5% deltamethrin were different in residential areas of Haikou City,and therefore the resistance monitoring should be strengthened and the insecticides should be used reasonably.
