摘要
目的通过对2016—2017年江门市白纹伊蚊的抗药性监测结果进行分析,了解其抗性变化趋势,为合理选择和使用杀虫剂提供科学依据,从而控制登革热等伊蚊传染疾病在江门地区的暴发流行。方法在江门市6个街道的居民区采集白纹伊蚊幼虫,在实验室繁殖1~3代,采用WHO推荐的幼虫浸渍法进行检测。结果所有监测点白纹伊蚊幼虫对氯菊酯的抗性倍数均小于3,为敏感水平;有2个监测点白纹伊蚊幼虫对高效氯氰菊酯的抗性达到了3.39~4.00倍,为低抗水平,其余属敏感水平;有4个监测点白纹伊蚊幼虫对溴氰菊酯的抗性达到4.57~6.48倍,为低抗水平,其余属敏感水平;有1个监测点白纹伊蚊幼虫对残杀威的抗性达到3.98倍,为低抗水平,其余属敏感水平;所有监测点白纹伊蚊幼虫对双硫磷的抗性达到3.14~5.27倍,均属低抗水平。比较2016年和2017年监测的数据,江门市白纹伊蚊幼虫对氯菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、残杀威4种杀虫剂的抗药性无统计学差异;2017年对双硫磷的抗药性相较于2016年有升高的趋势。结论江门市白纹伊蚊幼虫对5种常用杀虫剂大多数处于低抗或敏感水平,应进一步加强对白纹伊蚊的抗药性监测,及时了解抗性发生的程度,延缓抗药性的发生。
Objective To know the development tendency of the insecticide resistance of Aedes albopictus in Jiangmen in the year of 2016 and 2017 after analyzing the monitoring results,which provide scientific basis for the selection and use of the insecticides,and then control the outbreak of various Aedes-borne diseases including Dengge in Jiangmen. Methods Aedes albopictus larvae were collected in 6 communities of Jiangmen,and reared 1-3 generations in the laboratory. Then the samples were tested by the larvae dipping method recommended by WHO.Results The resistance ratios of Aedes albopictus larvae from all monitoring sites to permethrin were less than 3 folds,which were in sensitive level. The resistance ratios of Aedes albopictus larvae from 2 monitoring sites to beta cypermethrin were 3. 39-4. 00 folds,which were in low resistance level. The rest were in sensitive level. The resistance ratios of Aedes albopictus larvae from 4 monitoring sites to deltamethrin were 4. 57-6. 48 folds,which were in low resistance level. The rest were in sensitive level. The resistance ratios of Aedes albopictus larvae from 1 monitoring sites to propoxur were 3. 98 folds,which were in low resistance level. The rest were in sensitive level. The resistance ratios of Aedes albopictus larvae from all monitoring sites to temephos were 3. 14-5. 27 folds,which were in low resistance level. Comparing the monitoring results of 2016 and 2017,the insecticide resistance to permethrin,beta cypermethrin,deltamethrin and propoxur showed no significant differences. However,the insecticide resistance to temephos increased in 2017 compared with 2016. Conclusion Aedes albopictus in Jiangmen were sensitive or low resistant to the 5 common insecticides. The insecticide resistance monitor should be enhanced to know the resistance level and delay the resistance.
