在高温季节不同加水量及布放天数对诱蚊诱卵器监测结果的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的分析青浦区在6—8月的高温季节诱蚊诱卵器不同加水量及布放天数的监测情况,探讨青浦区高温季节白纹伊蚊诱蚊诱卵器监测最适加水量及布放天数。方法于2017年6—8月中旬在青浦区两个镇的4种不同生境分别布放30个诱蚊诱卵器,每个诱蚊诱卵器监测点在25 m以上,记录并比较不同布放天数有水率及诱蚊诱卵器指数。结果 6—8月共布放诱蚊诱卵器720个,第4天有效回收718个,阳性25个,平均诱蚊诱卵器指数为3.48,诱卵器指数7月最高,为7.53;6月最低,为0.42,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=14.03,P<0.05)。第7天诱蚊诱卵器指数均高于第4天诱蚊诱卵器指数。第7天有效回收684个,有水620个,平均有水率为90.64%,10 ml诱卵器在7月第7天有水率较低,远低于20 ml有水率,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=38.94,P<0.001)。结论在高温季节,为获得更加科学的诱卵器监测结果,可在青浦区原监测方法基础上适量增加水量及布放天数。 Objective To analyze the different amount of water and the monitoring of the release days during the high temperature season in Qingpu District from June to August,and investigate the optimum water and release days of the mosquito ovitrap. Methods Thirty mosquito ovitraps were placed in four different habitats in two towns from June to August of 2017,and the distance between the mosquito ovitrap of each monitoring point was above 25 m. The index of the water rate and the mosquito ovitrap index was compared. Results A total of 720 mosquito ovitraps were placed,718 effective after 4 days,25 positive. The average mosquito ovitrap index was 3. 48,and the highest was 7. 53 in July and the lowest 0. 42 in June,with significant difference( χ2= 14. 03,P〈 0. 05). In the 7 th day,the mosquito ovitrap index was higher than the fourth day. There were 684 effective after 7 days,620 were water,accounting for90. 64%. The mosquito ovitraps with 10 ml of water held a lower water rate than those with 20 ml water on the 7 th day of July( χ2= 38. 94,P〈 0. 001). Conclusion During the high temperature season,it might be practical to increase days and store more water in the mosquito ovitraps.
