摘要
目的评估首都第二机场廊坊区域拆迁与建设过程中的病媒生物危害及病媒生物传染病的发生风险,为制定防控策略提供科学依据。方法采用风险矩阵法评估病媒生物危害及媒介生物传染病发生风险。结果病媒生物的叮咬和污染食物进而引起食物中毒等为高风险;媒介传染病的乙脑、疟疾、肾综合征出血热和鼠疫定为高风险,登革热等7种媒介传染病定为低风险。结论根据评估掌握病媒生物危险因素,及时调整防控策略。
Objective To assess the risk of the harm caused by vectors and vector-borne diseases in the construction area of the second capital airport in Langfang,so as to provide scientific basis for the formulation of prevention and control strategies. Methods Risk matrix methods were used to assess the occurrence risk of vectors and vector-borne diseases. Results It was showed that vector disturbing and contaminating food caused poison.Encephalitis B,malaria,hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome and plague were at high risk. Vector-borne diseases such as Japanese encephalitis,malaria,renal syndrome hemorrhagic fever were at high risk,but seven vector-borne diseases such as dengue fever at low risk. Conclusion The prevention and control strategies should be adjusted timely based on the investigation results.
