摘要
目的研究不同类型场所白纹伊蚊孳生情况,为有效控制提供依据。方法 2017年5—11月在上海市静安区采用布雷图指数法开展不同类型场所白纹伊蚊孳生研究。结果此次调查中单位阳性率最高为建筑工地,其次为公园,再次为学校,分别为31.25%、30.00%和16.83%;布雷图指数方面,不同场所类型中布雷图指数公园最高,其次为建筑工地、学校,依次为11.76、10.71、7.97;根据不同类型场所室内外环境的构成将场所分为室外为主、室内室外兼有、室内为主3类,布雷图指数室外为主最高,其次为室内室外兼有,室内为主最低,分别为11.43、7.84和3.71,统计存在显著性差异(H=215.08,P<0.05);容器指数公园最高,其次为建筑工地,依次为8.28和5.71;孳生地类型以盆景、水生植物最多,占60.67%。结论不同场所白纹伊蚊布雷图指数、容器指数有显著差异,公园、建筑工地等以开放性环境为主的场所布雷图指数、容器指数最高,其次为医院、学校等半开放式的场所,孳生地类型以盆景、水生植物为主,不同场所类型孳生地类型构成存在显著差异。
Objective To analyze the breeding of Aedes albopictus in different types of public places in Jingan District of Shanghai,and provide the basis for effective control. Methods Carrying out a research about Aedes albopictus breeding sites in different types of places from May to November in 2017 in Jingan District of Shanghai with Breteau index method,and statistically analyzing data of breeding and breeding sites. Result According to the survey,the highest unit positive rate was construction site( 31. 25%),followed by parks( 30%) and schools(16. 83%). The highest Breteau index 11. 76,was found in parks,followed by the construction sites(10. 71) and schools( 7. 97). According to different types of structure,all the public places were divided into three categories:outdoor,both indoor and outdoor,indoor,the the highest Breteau index was outdoor(11. 43),followed by both indoor and outdoor(7. 84) and outdoor( 3. 71),statistically significant different( H = 215. 08,P〈 0. 05). The highest container index 8. 25,happened in parks,then the construction sites(5. 71). Potted and aquatic plants were the most where mosquitoes bred,accounting for 60. 67%. Conclusion There were significant differences among places for Aedes albopictus breeding,parks held the highest Breteau index and container index. Bonsai and aquatic plants were the containers in which Aedes albopictus bred most.
