禹州市和南阳宛城区白纹伊蚊成蚊日活动规律调查

Study on daily activity rhythm of Aedes albopictus in Yuzhou City and Wancheng District of Nanyang City

目的了解河南省禹州市和南阳宛城区白纹伊蚊成蚊的日活动规律,为防治工作提供参考。方法白纹伊蚊成蚊日活动规律调查采用双层叠帐法,于2016年的7—9月在禹州市和宛城区的城乡居民区进行。结果调查合计捕获白纹伊蚊814只。禹州市共捕获成蚊620只,其中7:00—9:00间共捕获118只,10:00—15:00间共捕获136只,16:00—19:00间共捕获366只;宛城区共捕获成蚊194只,其中7:00—9:00间共捕获39只,10:00—15:00间共捕获27只,16:00—19:00间共捕获128只。结论白纹伊蚊成蚊日活动高峰出现在7:00前后和16:00—19:00之间,尤以下午的活动高峰最为明显,建议针对白纹伊蚊的化学防治应在这一时间段进行。

Objective To understand daily activity rhythm of Aedes albopictus in Yuzhou City and Wancheng District of Henan Province,and provide reference for the control work. Methods Double nets method was employed for the investigation continually during daily time in Yuzhou City and Wancheng District. Results Total 814 Ae. Albopictus were captured in this research. Yuzhou City were 118 between 7：00 and 9：00,136 between 10：00 and 15：00,366 between 16：00 and 19：00. Wancheng District were 39 between 7;00 and 9：00,27 between 10：00 and 15：00,128 between 16：00 and 19：00. Conclusion The biting activity of Ae. Albopictus concentrated in the morning and later afternoon,especially in the afternoon. It is recommended that the chemical control should be taken during this time.
