液相阻断ELISA在口蹄疫病毒抗体水平检测中的应用

摘要 口蹄疫病是我国猪、牛、羊养殖中常见的疾病类型,为了实现对其的有效治疗,文章通过对不同血型的猪、牛、羊的血清提取进行实验,实验采取不同的检测等方法,测试液相阻断ELISA在口蹄疫病毒抗体中发挥的作用,并分析了实验结果,以便我国更好进行口蹄疫疾病的防治。
