垫枕对胸腰椎压缩性骨折治疗作用的生物力学研究 被引量:32

摘要 以自行设计制作的应变片式传感器和普通的压力传感器组合成的测试床,对垫枕治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折的作用机理进行实验论证,认为垫枕充分利用了患者体重,使受力部位按弧形弯曲,曲率半径愈小,患处牵张力愈大,使椎体得到复位。15cm 是垫枕极限高度,如继续增加高度,复位弯矩不再增加,而患者因肩臀几乎悬空而难以忍受,复位弯矩在垫枕中间最高处为最大,所以,临床上应将压缩椎体对准垫枕中间,以达到最大复位效应。 We have designed an expermental bed by inductance censor and general pressure censor.It is used to test mechanism for treatment of thoracic-Lumbar eompresive fracture by pillow cushion,We found that pillow cushion can make full use of effect of patients weight.We allow pressure site become winding,so that compresive vertebra may reduction,but smaller curvature radius,shraonger Local traction power,It's maximal height in using a pillow cushion is 15cm.If height over 15cm,reduction winding will no longer in- crease,and patients will be intolerance because of shoulder and hip hunged.Winding distance of reduction is the greatest in the most high site in the middle of the pillow.So we must put compresive vertebra directted at middle of a pillow cushion.This can obtain best effect of reduction.
