摘要
核电厂取样装置由KIT/KIC系统实时数据采集和监视,存在取样装置故障报警闪发后导致日志刷屏现象,影响核电厂正常监视功能。通过论证分析故障闪发的可能性,提出了后端数据采集系统优化方案,模拟仿真对比Level 1层和Level 2层输出结果,实现采用Level 2层报警优化方案,验证了优化方案在KIT/KIC系统内的可行性。
This paper introduced the monitoring on the sampler device based on KIT/KIC system,which leads to alarm messages repeatedly on log book and the normal monitoring function of the nuclear station also had be affected. By analyzing the probability of the failure alarm,it presented the optimum proposal on KIT/KIC systems,contrasting the output result of analog simulation on Level 1 and Level 2. Finally,the optimum proposal on Level 2 is realized,and the feasibility of the implementation on KIT/KIC systems is verified.
