摘要 目前,煤层气排采工艺中,普遍存在煤粉监测手段缺乏、煤粉产出规律认识不足等现象。煤粉产出控制不当,往往带来频繁卡泵,造成排采中断。排采中断引起的井底压力大幅度波动会打破气、水、煤粉流态的连续性进而影响产气潜力。提出一种基于MSP430F5438A的煤粉在线监测仪,可以远程在线监测煤层气井煤粉浓度,为煤层气井煤粉产出规律的研究提供了一种有效的途径。 At present,in the coal bed gas extraction process,there are widespread phenomena such as the lack of monitoring means of coal powder and the lack of understanding of the law of coal output. The improper control of coal output often brings frequent card pumps,resulting in the interruption of mining. The large fluctuation of well bottom pressure caused by the outage will break the continuity of gas,water and coal powder flow state and affect the gas production potential. An online coal monitoring instrument based on MSP430 F5438 A is proposed,which can remotely monitor the coal concentration of coal bed methane well. It provides an effective way for the study of the coal production law of coal bed methane well.
