This paper describes a method for the realization of DC solid state relay with large current which has functions of short circuit protection and overcurrent protection（SOLIDSTATERELAYS,hereinafter referred to as ＂SSR＂）.Through detailed description and actual verification,it can achieve the intelligent self-protection function when the load is short or overcurrent.
