摘要
辐照交联乙丙橡胶合金(XL-EPR)材料是针对新能源汽车高压电缆开发的新型绝缘材料。采用热老化法和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)法对XL-EPR材料的热老化性能进行了研究,推导出材料老化方程,并据此理论计算得在电缆工作温度为125℃时XL-EPR材料的使用寿命约为90a。由此建议该耐老化性能优异XL-EPR材料可用于长期工作温度不超过125℃的新能源汽车用高压电缆。
Radiation cross-linked ethylene propylene rubber(XL-EPR)material is a new type of insulation material developed for high-voltage cables for new energy vehicles.The thermal aging properties of XL-EPR material are studied by using thermal aging method and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)method,and the aging equation of material is deduced.Based on the theoretical calculation,when the working temperature of the cable is 125℃,XL-EPR material has about 90 years of service life.Therefore,it is suggested that this XL-EPR material with excellent aging resistance can be used in high-voltage cables for new energy vehicles with a long-term operating temperature of not more than 125 ℃.
