摘要
在设计及装联过程中应尽量消除或弱化以太网电缆串扰对航天器传输总线系统的危害。针对航天器用以太网线电缆在装联过程中出现的串扰异常现象,进行了原因分析,针对性地开展了试验,从而找到了装联过程中造成串扰的关键步骤,即包覆电缆整体绕包对串扰无明显抑制,但整体绕包与单对成缆外绕包导通时,电缆串扰出现异常。对此,基于现有的工艺方法进行了优化,进一步提高了装联的可操作性及产品可靠性。
During the design and assembly process of spacecraft Ethernet cable,the danger of abnormal crosstalk should be eliminated or reduced as far as possible.Facing the abnormal crosstalk phenomenon occurring during the assembly process of the spacecraft Ethernet cable,the cause analysis is carried out,and the experiment is carried out pertinently based on the analysis.Thus,the key steps to cause crosstalk in assembly process are found,that is,the whole wrapping of cladding cable has no obvious suppression on the crosstalk,but the crosstalk of the cable is abnormal when the whole wrapping is connected with the outer wrapping of single-pair cabling.According to the result,the assembly process is optimized based on the existing process.The operability of assembly and the reliability of Ethernet cable product are further improved.
