摘要
渤海S稠油油藏具有储层厚度大、岩石胶结强度低、非均质性严重、原油黏度高和优质筛管完井等特点,经过长期注水开发,储层中已经形成优势通道,注入水效率低和无效循环现象十分严重,现有调剖调驱剂难以适应储层地质和开发现状。依据生产实际需求,以高分子化学、物理化学和油藏工程等理论为指导,以仪器分析、化学分析和物理模拟等为技术手段,以渤海S油藏为模拟对象,开展了非连续相聚合物微溶胶合成和液流转向效果实验研究。结果表明,通过在丙烯酰胺(AM)与2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸钠(Na-AMPS)共聚过程中引入2种交联单体,合成出的微溶胶TQ具有较丰富空间网络结构和易分解特征,且粒径中值可控、分选好,可以进入储层深部,在岩心水驱达到经济极限后采收率增幅可以达到14.6%。研究成果和认识为矿场技术决策提供了实验依据。
Bohai S heavy oil reservoirs are characterized by large reservoir thickness,low bond strength of the rock,serious heterogeneity,high viscosity of the crude oil,high quality of the screen pipe completion and so on.After long-term waterflooding development,the reservoir has formed preferential channels,the water injected efficiency is rather lower and the inefficient circulation is very serious,and furthermore the existing profile controllingdisplacing agent is difficult to adapt to the reservoir geology and development status. According to the actual production needs,guided by the polymer chemistry,physical chemistry,and reservoir engineering theory,the experimental researches were carried out on the non-continuous phase polymer micro-sol synthesis and the fluid diverted effect for Bohai S reservoir by means of the technical means of the instrumental analysis,chemical analysis,physical simulation and so forth. The achievements show that by means of introducing two kinds of crosslinking monomer into acrylamide( AM) and 2-acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid sodium( Na-AMPS) copolymer in the process of the synthesis of Micro Sol TQ. The Micro Sol TQ has the characteristics of rich space network structuresand ease to decompose,and moreover the median particle size can be controllable,the sorting is quite better,so it can penetrate into the deep part of the reservoir,after reaching economic limit for the core water flooding,the incremental recovery factor can reach 14. 6%. The research achievements and understandings have provided the experimental basis for the technical decision in the field.
