脊柱爆裂骨折的CT、MRI对照探讨

CT and MRI Contrast of Spine Burst Fracture

目的：对比分析在脊柱爆裂骨折检查中进行CT、MRI的诊断结果,为临床诊断提供参考.方法：回顾性分析我院在2014年3月～2015年3月诊治的脊柱爆裂骨折患者40例进行检查分析,对患者分别进行CT和MRI检查,根据检查结果来判定其检查价值.结果：CT检查结果能够清楚的显示出附件、椎体骨折,显示椎管狭窄,同时对移骨片的检查结果明显好于MRI.MRI能够显示椎间盘和韧带的损伤,对脊髓受压、撕裂损伤的检查显示好于CT检查.结论：在脊柱爆裂骨折的检查中,CT和MRI各有优势,CT检查能够反应出骨折的具体情况,MRI检查可以发现韧带损伤情况,临床检查可以将两者检查结果相结合,从各个角度来分析脊柱爆裂骨折的情况,从而对外科手术治疗提供最准确的价值.

Objective：Comparison and analysis on the spine burst fracture of CT and MRI in diagnosis results, provide reference for clinical diagnosis. Methods：Retrospective analysis in March 2014 - March 2015 check the diagnosis and treatment of 40 patients with spine burst fracture analysis, for patients with CT and MRI respectively, to determine its check value according to the results of the inspec- tion. Results： CT can remove the results of the tests shows that attachment, vertebral body fracture, shows that squeeze, vertebral canal to move the bone at the same time the inspection result is much better than that of MRI. MRI can display of intervertebral disc and ligament damage, injury of spinal cord compression, tearing the examination showed better than that of CT examination. Conclusion： In the in- spection of spine burst fracture, CT and MRI have their own advantages, CT examination can reflect the situation of fracture, MRI can find ligament damage, can be both inspection results, from different angles to analyze the condition of the spine burst fracture, which provide the most accurate value of surgical treatment.
