摘要
对采用轴向通风型式的1100 MW级核电水氢氢汽轮发电机的转子线圈,运用热平衡法建立起等效热网络并获得其温度场分布。该转子线圈平均温升试验值为37.0℃,热网络模型计算值为37.9℃,二者偏差2.5%,热网络模型的准确性得到验证。该热网络模型为开发更大容量的此类汽轮发电机或进一步优化转子线圈温度场分布等工作奠定了基础。
ProcgThe thermal balance approach method was applied to establish the equivalent thermal network and get its temperature field distribution of the rotor coil in1100 MW nuclear power water-hydrogen-hydrogen turbine generators with axial ventilation pattern. The tested even temperature-rise data and calculated ones by the thermal network method were 37.0 and 37.9 ℃ respectively, with the deviation of only 2.5%, thus, correctness of the thermal network method was confirmed. The thermal network method built a foundation to develop this kind turbine generator with higher power degree or optimize the temperature field distribution of the rotor coil further.uar.
