Diagnosis and Solution on Over Temperature of the Stator Bar of Turbine Generators

某在运600 MW水氢氢汽轮发电机定子发生冷却水流量和压力异常。通过远程收集数据,分析水压、水温、水质、线棒温度和层间温差,得出该发电机定子线棒存在堵塞,需进行反向冲洗和酸洗的诊断结论,经处理,消除了故障。

The abnormal volume and pressure of cooling water of the 600 MW water-hydrogen-hydrogen cooled turbine generator was found. Through the long-distance data collection system, the water pressure, water temperature, bar temperature and temperature-rise between layers was analyzed to result in the conclusion that there was obstruction inside the stator bars, thus, the reverse flushing and pickling were needed. The malfunction was solved after the treatment.
