曲美布汀联合聚乙二醇电解质散治疗功能性便秘的疗效观察

Clinical observation of trimebutine combined with Polyethylene Glycol Electrolytes Powder in treatment of functional constipation

目的探讨马来酸曲美布汀片联合聚乙二醇电解质散剂治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月—2016年9月中国医科大学附属第四医院收治的功能性便秘患者90例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各45例。对照组口服马来酸曲美布汀片,0.2 g/次,3次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散(Ⅳ),1袋/次,2次/d。两组患者均治疗4周。观察两组患者临床疗效,同时比较治疗前后两组患者症状评分差异。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组临床有效率分别为77.78%和93.33%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的粪便性状、排便费力、排便时间、腹胀评分均明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组各症状评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论马来酸曲美布汀片联合聚乙二醇电解质散剂治疗功能性便秘疗效显著,安全性好,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of trimebutine combined with Polyethylene Glycol Electrolytes Powder in treatment of functional constipation. Methods Patients（90 cases） with functional constipation in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from January 2015 to September 2016 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 45 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Trimebutine Maleate Tablets, 0.2 g/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Polyethylene Glycol Electrolytes Powder（Ⅳ） on the basis of the control group, 1 bag/time, twice daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the symptom scores in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control and treatment groups was 77.78% and 93.33%, respectively, and there were differences between two groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the feces shape, defecation exertion, defecation time and abdominal distension scores in two groups was significantly decreased（P〈0.05）, and these scores in the treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Trimebutine combined with Polyethylene Glycol Electrolytes Powder in treatment of functional constipation has remarkable curative effect with high safety, which has a certain clinical application value.
