2015—2017年天津医科大学第二医院门诊麻醉药品的使用情况分析

Analysis on utilization of narcotic drugs in outpatient of the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University from 2015 to 2017

目的分析2015—2017年天津医科大学第二医院门诊麻醉药品的使用情况,为麻醉药品科学应用提供依据。方法对2015—2017年天津医科大学第二医院院麻醉药品的使用量、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC))和排序比(B/A)等进行统计分析。结果常用麻醉药品品种稳定,麻醉药品的销售金额和构成比均呈先升后降趋势;枸橼酸舒芬太尼注射液、盐酸羟考酮缓释片(40 mg)、硫酸吗啡缓释片(30 mg)、盐酸布桂嗪片(40 mg)、DDDs呈较大幅度增长,硫酸吗啡缓释片(60 mg)、盐酸布桂嗪注射液、盐酸丁丙诺啡舌下片的则减少;麻醉药品的DDC基本保持不变;硫酸吗啡缓释片(30 mg)、硫酸吗啡缓释片(60 mg)和盐酸羟考酮缓释片(40 mg)的B/A有所下降,其余药品均上升。结论天津医科大学第二医院门诊麻醉药品的使用基本合理,但仍存在一些问题,需持续改进。

Objective To analyze the application of narcotic drugs in outpatient of the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University from 2015 to 2017, and to provide reference for rational drug use in clinic. Methods The amount, consumption sum, frequency of drug use（DDDs）, and defined daily cost（DDC） of narcotic drugs and drug sequence ratio（B/A） in outpatient of the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University from 2015 to 2017 were calculated and analyzed. Results The main kind of narcotic drugs remained stable, and the consumption sum and constituent ratios showed an increasing trend and then decreasing trend. DDDs of Sufentanil Citrate Injection, Oxycodone Hydrochloride Prolonged-release Tablets（40 mg）, Morphine Sulfate Sustained-release Tablets（30 mg）, and Bucinazine Hydrochloride Tablets（40 mg） were significantly increased. DDDs of Morphine Sulfate Sustained-release Tablets（60 mg）, Bucinnazine Hydrochloride Injection, and Buprenorphine Hydrochloride Sublingual Tablets were reduced. DDC of narcotic drugs were stable substantially. B/A of Morphine Sulfate Sustained-release Tablets（30 mg）, Morphine Sulfate Sustained-release Tablets（60 mg）, and Oxycodone Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets（40 mg） were decreased, while others were increased. Conclusion The utilization of narcotic drugs in outpatient of the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University is rational on the whole, but there are still some problems, which needs further efforts to strengthen the management and intervention.
