脑血管与灌注成像对颈动脉狭窄及闭塞临床分析

Clinical analysis of cerebral artery and perfusion imaging in carotid stenosis and occlusion

目的观察脑CT灌注成像与CT血管成像对颈内动脉狭窄及闭塞患者的诊断效果。方法选择天津中医药大学第二附属医院2013年7月-2016年7月已确诊为颈内动脉狭窄及闭塞患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组使用脑CT灌注成像进行诊断,观察组在使用脑CT灌注成像的基础上,联合使用CT血管成像,观察两组患者脑部情况以及斑块数量,对两种诊断方式进行评估。结果观察组斑块检出率高于对照组,观察组达峰时间长于对照组,观察组脑血流量低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合使用脑CT灌注成像和CT血管成像可有效提高颈内动脉狭窄及闭塞患者的诊断效果,增加患者的诊断率,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the diagnostic effect of CT perfusion imaging and CT angiography for internal carotid artery stenosis and occlusion.Methods Sixty patients with internal carotid artery stenosis and occlusion in Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July2013 to July 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group each with 30 cases.The control group was diagnosed by CT perfusion imaging,the observation group used CT perfusion imaging combined with CT angiography.To observe the patients＇ brain condition and plaque num ber in the two groups and evaluate the two diagnostic methods.Results The detection rate of plaques in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The peak time in the observation group was longer than that in the control group.The cerebral blood flow in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combined use of CT perfusion imaging and CT angiography can effectively improve the diagnosis of patients with internal carotid artery stenosis and occlusion,increase the diagnostic rate of patients,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
