25羟维生素D与1型糖尿病及酮症酸中毒的关系

The relationship between 25 hydroxy vitamin D and type 1 diabetes and ketoacidosis

目的探讨25羟维生素D与1型糖尿病及酮症酸中毒的关系。方法选取广东省惠州市中心人民医院在2013年12月-2017年12月期间收治的122例1型糖尿病患者作为研究组(1型糖尿病酮症酸中毒组46例、1型糖尿病非酮症酸中毒组76例),选择同期健康体检的儿童及青壮年人100例作为对照组。比较两组患者的25羟维生素D水平,并分析1型糖尿病与糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者的25羟维生素D水平的关系。结果研究组患者的25羟维生素D水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);1型糖尿病酮症酸中毒组的25羟维生素D水平明显低于1型糖尿病非酮症酸中毒组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 25羟维生素D水平与1型糖尿病和1型糖尿病酮症酸中毒的发生有关。

Objective To explore the relationship between 25 hydroxy vitamin D and type 1 diabetes and ketoacidosis.Methods 122 cases patients with type 1 diabetes（46 cases of type 1 diabetic ketoacidosis group,76 cases of type 1 diabetes non-ketoacidosis group） in Huizhou Central People＇s Hospital from December 2013 to December 2017 were selected as the study group,and at the same time 100 cases children and young adult were selected as the control group.To compare 25 hydroxy vitamin D levles between two groups,analyze the relationship between type 1 diabetes mellitus and the 25 hydroxy vitamin D levels in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis.Results The 25 hydroxy vitamin D levels of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The 25 hydroxy vitamin D levels of the type 1 diabetic ketoacidosis group were significantly lower than that of type 1 diabetic non-ketoacidosis group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion 25 hydroxy vitamin D levels associated with the occurrence of type 1 diabetes and type 1 diabetic ketoacidosis.
