医疗质量安全管理在防范医疗纠纷中的实践探讨

医疗质量安全是医疗工作中的重中之重,是医院一直以来赖以生存的传承之脉,是医院健康发展的根本所在。所以,为了减少与防范医疗纠纷的发生,就必须要提高医疗质量安全管理。目前,我国医疗改革进程在不断地延伸,在一定程度上促进了医疗水平的快速进步。基于此,广大人民群众的就医需求以及防范意识逐渐增加,就提高了发生医疗纠纷事件的几率,医疗纠纷事件产生的负面影响较大且波及范围较广,严重抑制了医疗工作的顺利开展。对此,医院管理人员就必须深入调查医疗纠纷现状,并研究发生医疗纠纷的原因,采取有效的执行方案,提高医疗质量安全,强化基础建设,促进医疗事业的发展,本文就如何做好医疗质量安全管理,防范医疗纠纷进行了论述。

Medical quality and safety are the most important tasks in medical work.They are the heritage of the hospital＇s continuous existence and are the fundamental reason for the healthy development of the hospital.Therefore,in order to reduce and prevent the occurrence of medical disputes,we must improve medical quality and safety management.At present,China＇s medical reform process continues to extend,to a certain extent,promoted the rapid medical progress.Based on this,the vast majority of people＇s medical needs and awareness of prevention increased,which to increase the probability of medical malpractice occurred.The medical malpractice incident generated a larger negative impact and a wider range,seriously inhibiting the smooth development of medical work.In this regard,hospital managers must investigate the status quo of medical disputes in depth,and study the causes of medical disputes,take effective implementation of programs to improve the quality and safety of medical care,strengthen infrastructure,and promote the development of medical services.In this paper,how to do well the medical quality and safety management,prevent medical disputes are discussed.
