摘要
我们采用中西医结合的方法收治了20例创伤病人并发气性坏疽,控制了厌氧菌的感染,挽救了生命,恢复了肢体功能,治愈率达90%。我们对男性13人,女性7人,以青壮年最多的病例进行了系统的生化病理检查,早期诊断,隔离,全身用药,手术清创,切开减张,外用中药等综合治疗。治愈时间最短4天,最长47天,平均25.5天。此种综合治疗气性坏疽,对于开放损伤不断增多、创伤合并感染越来越引起重视的人们,选择了一种好的方法。
20 cases with wound infection of gas gangrene bacillus have been treated by the way of combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine.The infection of gas gangrene bacilus got control and function of extremity got recovery by this way.The rate of cure is about 90 percent.20 eases(male 13 cases,female 7 eases)received biochemical and bacteriological test,constitutional treatment,operative treatment and treatment by Chinese herbs.The mean time of cure is baout 25.5 D.Authors provided a bet- ter way for treating the wound infection.
