摘要
提出了一种新的工艺气分离工艺,利用二氧化碳低温液化的特性,通过降温将二氧化碳进行液化分离。液化分离二氧化碳后的工艺气再进一步净化处理,优选与低温甲醇洗配套使用。二氧化碳液化分离技术可以降低低温甲醇洗设备尺寸、投资费用和运行费用,配套低温甲醇洗使用后较现行低温甲醇洗工艺具有明显优势。
This paper proposes a new separation technology for process gases,which liquefies carbon dioxide and separates it from process gases through cooling by means of the liquefaction characteristics of carbon dioxide at low temperature.The process gas after removing carbon dioxide by liquefication is further purified,which is better to match with Rectisol unit.This process can help to reduce the facility size,investment cost and operation cost of Rectisol,which has obvious advantages over the existing Rectisol process.
