溶剂脱沥青改质技术处理加拿大油砂沥青模拟研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件对混合碳四溶剂脱沥青全流程进行模拟,研究溶剂比、抽提温度、抽提压力对脱沥青油收率的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件。并考察在最佳工艺条件下,脱沥青油的API度及不同稀油掺入量对脱沥青油API度的影响。模拟结果显示,在脱除质量分数35%重组分后,所得脱沥青油API度可达到9.9;掺原稀油加入量质量分数35%,API度达到16.5,与原料加拿大油砂沥青掺稀油API度相当,满足运输要求,同时可以节约质量分数65%的稀释油。 Aspen Plus process simulation software is used to simulate the full deasphalting process by mixed C4 solvent.The influences of solvent ratio,extraction temperature and extraction pressure on the yield rate of deasphalting oil are studied and the optimum technological conditions are determined.The API degree of deasphalted oil and the effect of the different amount of dilute oil on the API degree of deasphalting oil are investigated under the optimum process conditions.Simulation results show that API of deasphalted oil can reach 9. 9 after removing 35 wt% of heavy components.API of deasphalted oil can reach 16. 5 if the addition of dilute oils is 35 wt%,which is equivalent to API of raw Canadian oil sands bitumen blended with dilute oil and can meet the transportation requirements.In addition,it can save 65 wt% of diluent oil.
