摘要
将长周期满负荷运行的矿井提升机冷却风机作为技术管理和优化控制的对象,研究矿井提升机冷却风机如何在满足提升机正常工作需求的条件下实现最低耗能和最优运行。提出了3种控制方案并进行比较,选择最优的冷却风机控制方案,应用模糊控制技术对冷却风机进行控制,并对该方案进行了MATLAB仿真。根据该方案,在龙首矿混合井两套提升机控制系统中编写控制程序,通过用于软启动的变频器实现对冷却风机的优化控制,实践证明,冷却风机节能效果明显。
The paper took the cooling fan of the long-term full-load mine hoist as the object of technology management and optimization control, and studied how the cooling fan of the mine hoist could achieve the lowest energy consumption and optimal operation on the premise of satisfying the normal operation requirements of the mine hoist. In addition, it proposed three control schemes and conducted comparison, and identified the optimal control scheme for the cooling fan. And then, the fuzzy control technology was applied to control the cooling fan, and MATLAB simulation of the scheme was carried out also. A control program was written according to the scheme into the control system of two sets of hoist in mixed shaft of Longshou Mine, and the frequency converter used for soft start was applied to realize the optimization control of the cooling fan. Practice showed the energy-saving effects of the cooling fan was remarkable.
