Study on innovation of split rolling bearing in large direct-connected hoist

摘要 直联式提升机的电动机端整体滚动轴承规格大,如果损坏需要更换,操作困难且具有风险。利用剖分滚动轴承更换整体滚动轴承,可降低操作风险,缩短施工时间,提高经济效益。列举了直联式提升机电动机端剖分滚动轴承改造施工要点及使用维护的注意事项,供相关同行参考。 Since the large overall rolling bearing at the motor end of the direct-connected hoist needs replacement if damaged, which is difficult and risky in operation. The replacement of the overall rolling bearing with split rolling bearing could reduce the operation risk, shorten the operation duration and improve the economic benefit. The paper listed the construction points during the replacement of the overall rolling bearing with the split one at the motor end of the direct-connected hoist as well as the matters need to pay attention during service and maintenance, which could be referred by colleagues.
