Taking metropolises as its usual settings, urban drama, through its artistic means, reflects the conflicts and struggles in the physical and social space in the city. By focusing on three plays: Marisol, Angels in America and FOB, the paper explores the living conditions of the marginalized group in some metropolitan cities. Through discussion, the paper reveals the miserable living conditions and spiritual crisis of the homeless, the people who have different sex orientation and the alien immigrants in the USA. The author contends that space is dialectical, reproductive and full of politics.
