摘要
直升机巡检作业是近年来电网公司推行的线路巡检业务新模式,综合应用了红外、紫外等先进、高效的手段,具有故障发现及时、工作效率高、人工无法替代等优点。直升机巡视作业都会产生大量的文档、图片、视频和激光点云数据文件,数量庞大和繁杂,本文通过构建缺陷管理系统,实现缺陷信息的自动分类和入库,缺陷信息的高效查询统计,基于模板和规则自动生成缺陷统计报表和缺陷报告,设备的历史缺陷分析,缺陷的地域分布特征分析等功能,通过信息化手段进一步提高直升机巡视作业管理水平。
The powerline helicopter inspection is a new powerline inspection model,integrating infrared,ultraviolet and other advanced and efficient sensors,which has the advantates of timely fault dection and high working efficiency.The helicopter patrol operation will produce a large number of documents,pictures,video and laser point cloud.this papaer will bring out a new information system to realize the automatic classification of defect information and efficient data storage,query and data statistics,that will improve the management of the powerline helicopter inspection.
