摘要 目的:研究血小板平均体积与缺血性脑血管病预后的关系。方法:回顾性分析110例缺血性脑血管患者和80例健康对照的病例资料。采用受试者工作特征(receiver operating characteristic,ROC)曲线法、logistic回归和多元线性回归分析患者就诊时的血小板平均体积与缺血性脑血管病预后的关系。结果:缺血性脑血管病患者血小板平均体积较健康对照组明显增高。血小板平均体积每增加1 f L,对应的优势比(odds ratio,OR)为1.54(95%CI:1.17~2.01)。在校正症状发生时间后,血小板平均体积仍然与改良Ranking量表(Modified Rankin Scale,m RS)呈正相关。结论:血小板平均体积增高与缺血性脑血管病的发生机制和预后有关。 Objective: To investigate the association between mean platelet volume and prognosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the medical records of 110 patients with ischemic stroke and 80 healthy individuals. The association between mean platelet volume and prognosis of ischemic stroke was assessed by receiver operating curve(ROC) analysis, logistic regression model and multivariable linear regression model. Results: Mean platelet volume was significantly higher in ischemic stroke patients than healthy controls. The odds ratio(OR) was 1.54(95% CI: 1.17–2.01) for each 1 f L increase in mean platelet volume on admission. Platelet was independently associated with Modified Rankin Scale(m RS) after the time from onset to admission was adjusted. Conclusion: Mean platelet volume is associated with the development and prognosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
