Interpretation of the consensus statement on tremors classification by the task force on tremor of the International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society (2017)

震颤是身体某部位不自主的节律性振荡。2017年国际帕金森病和运动障碍学会震颤工作组发布了新的震颤分类共识声明,根据临床特征(轴1)及病因(轴2)两条轴线进行分类,保留了特发性震颤等目前接受的震颤综合征,为定义新的震颤综合征提供了框架。本文解读该共识声明中的震颤分类要点。

Tremor is defined as an involuntary, rhythmic and oscillatory movement in a body part. New consensus criteria for classifying tremor disorders were published by the task force on tremor of International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society（IPMDS） in 2017, which classified tremor along two axes： clinical characteristics（axis 1） and etiology（axis 2）. This classification scheme retains the currently accepted tremor syndromes, including essential tremor, and provides a framework for defining new syndromes. This paper is the interpretation of IPMDS statement.
