摘要
帕金森病是一种常见的神经系统慢性退行性疾病,目前尚无根治方法。帕金森病不仅给患者带来痛苦,同时给患者家庭及社会带来沉重负担,有效管理帕金森病迫在眉睫。2017年英国国家健康与护理研究所(NICE)发布了成人帕金森病管理指南。本文简要解读该指南对帕金森病的诊治建议,以期为国内帕金森病管理提供相关参考。
Parkinson＇s disease is a common chronic degenerative disease of the nervous system, which brings not only sufferings to patients, but also heavy burden to family and society. It is necessary to manage the Parkinson＇s disease effectively. In 2017, British National Institute for Health and Care Excellence published Parkinson＇s disease in adults： diagnosis and management. In order to explain the guideline briefly, this article provides an interpretation reference for the treatment of Parkinson＇s disease in China.
