摘要
精神分裂症患者经常伴有各种躯体疾病,其中骨质疏松正日益受到重视。精神分裂症患者的骨质疏松可能与精神分裂症本身相关,更可能与抗精神病药物的应用,尤其是升高催乳素的药物相关,之中也混杂精神分裂症患者的某些不良生活习惯。本文主要综述了精神分裂症患者发生骨质疏松风险及其相关影响因素。
Schizophrenia is associated with a greater prevalence of health problems, including osteoporosis and bone fractures. Excessive bone mineral density（BMD） loss is related with schizophrenia itself,and may also with antipsychotic drugs and the drug that increases prolactin. It is also mixed with some bad habits. This review summarizes the risk of osteoporosis in schizophrenia patients and its related factors.
