摘要
转录因子叉头框蛋白A1(foxhead box A1,FOXA1)通过与染色体结合释放出DNA结合位点,对信号转导和细胞增殖进行调控。研究发现,FOXA1在雄激素受体(androgen receptor,AR)相关通路调控中起着重要作用,FOXA1参与前列腺癌(prostate cancer,PCa)的发生及去势抵抗性前列腺癌(castration-resistant prostate cancer,CRPC)和前列腺癌神经内分泌转化(neuroendocrine di erentiation,NED)过程,并且其表达与患者的预后有关。本文对FOXA1在PCa中的研究进展进行综述,为FOXA1在PCa发展中的作用及治疗提供理论依据。
The transcription factor foxhead box A1(FOXA1) regulates the signal transduction and cell proliferation by binding to chromosomes and releasing DNA binding sites. Some studies have found that FOXA1 plays an important role in the regulation of androgen receptor(AR)-related pathways. The relevant studies show that FOXA1 is involved in the carcinogenesis of prostate cancer and castration-resistant prostate cancer(CRPC) as well as the neuroendocrine differentiation of prostate cancer, and the expression of FOXA1 is correlated with the prognosis of patients. This review summarizes the research progress of FOXA1 in prostate cancer and provides a theoretical basis for the role of FOXA1 in the development and treatment of prostate cancer.
