卷烟辅料智能化配盘系统的规划与设计 被引量:5

摘要 为解决传统卷烟辅料配盘方式存在的效率低、准确性差等问题,根据辅料特性以及来料状态,设计了一种卷烟辅料智能化配盘系统。该系统主要由卸车拆包输送线、分流输送线、缓存库、配盘输送线等部分组成,利用人工对辅料进行分类后,系统将各种辅料进行输送和配盘,并将完成配盘的辅料组进行入库,实现辅料在卸货口与辅料库之间的自动输送、配盘和入库。以昆明卷烟厂生产的"云烟(紫)"牌卷烟辅料为对象进行测试,结果表明:智能化配盘比传统配盘的垛型合格率提高26.48百分点,配盘时间减少0.76 min/盘,提高了辅料配盘效率;采用智能化配盘的6条生产线可减少作业人员32人,节省了人工成本。该系统可为提高卷烟企业自动化物流技术和精益化管理水平提供技术支持。 In order to promote the efficiency and accuracy of cigarette material dispensing, an intelligent dispensing system was designed on the basis of the characteristics and conditions of cigarette materials. The system is mainly composed of truck unloading and material unpacking conveying lines, diverting conveying lines, buffer depot and pallet conveying lines. After being manually sorted, cigarette materials are automatically conveyed, dispensed and palletized, and then conveyed into material storehouse by the system. The materials for cigarette brand "Yunyan (Purple)" were tested in Kunming Cigarette Factory, the results showed that comparing with traditional methods, the qualified rate of palletizing shape of intelligent system increased by 26.48 percentage points, dispensing time reduced by 0.76 min/pallet; the number of operators for 6 lines decreased by 32 persons. This system provides a technical support for improving the automated logistics technology and lean management of cigarette enterprises.
